A good drywall finisher can come from anywhere, and look like anyone.

And the many women we've spoken to for Trim-Tex's ongoing "Women in Drywall" series are here to prove it.

Welcoming more women into the trades will help countless young people pursue their passions and find lucrative careers as craftspeople — as well as help solve the construction industry's shortage of skilled workers.
